The hotel had some initial cleanliness issues in the room with hair on the pillows, but it improved over the following days. The rooms were fresh, modern, and spotlessly clean. Although small, they had a pleasant modern design, were light and airy, and very clean. The location was superb, right in the center of Alcudia and only 300 meters from the beach. The dining experience was excellent with diverse options, but the breakfast had some limitations. The service was friendly and helpful, despite language barriers with the restaurant staff. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff went the extra mile when assistance was needed.
